customer service
Yes i do think that customer service is importanat to a company because the more customers you have the more money you make. If your companys customer service is no good you wont have any custmoers meaning no money. A company needs money to grow and stay alive, so i would think that its extremly important. I would think that companies would work on there custmor service more. If the service is rude than no one is going to want to be or take any part or buy anything from that company. Anyways its important so i suggest serves are nice to everyone becuase you dont want you company to be a bad teast in peoples mouth. Expasially becuase once someone gets mad they tell some one and than that person tells another person and so on and that company might lose a customer or two. That means lossing money... so companies gotta be smart if they dont want to be closed.
